liked it a lot, I certainly could add some vox to this, I'll have play with it and see if I come up with anything good:)
Reminds me of New order/lightning seeds, with a modern front, the little vox sounds swirling in and out are brilliant.

Glad you liked it man, I'll take those comparisions ta mate, new order are pure legends in my eyes. Haha the vox is me just harmonising a bit, some delay and verb and reverse treatment. If you lay some vocals down i'd love it. thanks for the review.

I Like This....

.... I'm not too keen on the synth sounds you've chosen to make the main body of the trk as they all blend into a bit of a mush, but the idea of the trk is solid

not my bag genre-wise, but very nicely made and good use of the sounds that are indicative of this genre, nice use of panning also.
I think it lacks development, the track doesn't progress that much, but there's enough quality things going on to keep the interest up.

Very nice

The beats are solid and in yer face, the chopped up nature only adds to the tension of the piece. I love the lo-fi filtered bass noise, nice and chunky. The little vox/laughing samples are well placed. I just wish this trk had developed more into a full piece as I think it had the potential to.

My God...

I just hate this kind of music, but, I wont belittle the fact that the production is solid. This sounds very manufactured to me, and is not the sort of music I would ever want to listen to, tbh I hate it, but that doesn't mean it's not well made, just very un-interesting to my mind, very generic and generally kinda nasty sounding. Un-imaginitive sounds and no structure imo.

i liked it until...

the rest of the trk came in! Lovely first sample/synth sound, but then the rest is just very generic trance relying on a sound, which just never works..., It's a shame, as the initial sound had potential. It goes on and on , certainly not bad, but certainly not good imo. No diversity in the beats or melodies, nothing that makes you get hold of the trk, which in this genre is extremely important, no hook.

Shame the backing music sounds like RPG music. The trk is reminiscent of The Delgados, nice voice, especially with the backing vox, good stuff, just never really gets going, the trk sounds like a brige, or fill, waiting to explode into something else, that never happens.

SAmple driven, but good

Good sound, in parts, a lot of samples which makes me wonder how much of this is actually your own tune. Nice vibe to it, needs tweaking production-wise, the drums get lost and there's no real bass-end to the mix, it seems to centre around the arp. Not bad at all, just needs tweaking. Perhaps try bringing the drums and bass into the foreground of the mix, kind of essential in this genre:)

I do like it, but.......

it's nice enough, it sounds a little 'dead' but I guess that's due to the fact you had to export it. Certain parts of the trk are much louder than others, the beats dont kick through the mix enough, apart from in the 'fill' sections when the kick and cymbal are really quite loud, it's a shame as it's a nice enough tune, nothing inspirational, but good game music.

Thanks, by the way, I'm capable of sending the original mp3 file, it's a shame it wouldn't upload on NG though, it was something to do with the frequency I exported it at, and I couldn't export it at a different frequency since I don't have the original file for the song anymore.
