kinda good trk, it peaks a little, nasty on the ears in places. not much to say about it really, it could be better.

cool sounds. i really like the general vibe of this trk, doesn't really go anywhere though, it should in my opinion. I like the hissy sounds, but think that they might sound better if they were more apparent.

but anyway, I'm planning on adding to this... maybe a little, maybe a ton... but it was never really meant to go anywhere; it's just meant to be a nice little intro for my next cd... but who knows; maybe I'll put a full-track version somewhere in the middle, with more development... U The Man!

This is quality music Rucklo style. It's individual and unique. I listen to alot of electronica, and there's nothing out there that sounds like this. I give it 9/10 because i think there's room for improvement, but that's true of all songs. This deserves to be in the weekly top 5, though i imagine it will be voted down as per usual. I highly recommend this trk, it's catchy, fun, interesting and above all, your own style.

Thanx for the feedback on this song, it took me a while making it, but man... I really should have waited a week or two giving it a rest... Soooo many things I´d wanna change... plus I noticed that the sound level, allthough some time spent on the mastering, could be a couple of db higher without any dynamics getting ruined. Bah. If anyone+s interested in getting a better version, pop me an e-mail :)

Nice

Start remind me of some of Aphex Twins early ambient works:) The beats are pretty good and the pads used are nice n subtle. I think some of the noises like the glockenspiel synth sound stand out too much and could do with a touch of reverb and being dropped lower in the mix, other than that this is a good minimal tune that kicks along nicely.

Your and my opinions on what is ambient differ though!
Don't let the 0 voters get you down, i took all my tracks off this site and created a new account back about a year ago (I had about 200 trx!) and still got the same amount of 0 votes! It happens to everyone, it's a shame, especially when you aren't well known on the site you become more likely to get targeted, which kinda negates the point of submitting music in the first place!!
I have no idea why they do it, but it gives me some comfort to think it's probably beacuse of jealousy:)
Your tunes are good man, i will review more and look forward to more in the future. Your favourite of mine is Sinking Point Unit, quality trk.

I've come to terms with the zero-voters. I've come to realise that in the end, scores are irrelevant and what's important is the feedback of the people who don't have a vested interest in your work being decimated!
They probably down-vote you because of jealousy, I dont dispute that. Me, because they hate me and want to see me die. Ah well, cest la vie.

Quality

I'm gonna write this as i listen:)
Excellent intro to this trk, bubbly and distorted, nice panning and filtering. Real nice sense of space to the mix. The Kick could thump a little more perhaps, very cool filtered drum hits, they sound great. Up till the vocal sample the trk is nicely unsettled, great sample, hoping for some big ass drums.... Good stepping beat, could come in a bit more in yer face from the breakdown i think, cool nonetheless, really good metallic sounds....

Nicely weird and as mentioned before, unsettled. I like the fact that you are constantly kept on your toes with this trk.

Nice stuff.

You have a very nice voice and the guitar playing works well with the lyrics of the song. I think this would sound great with a touch more reverb on to disguise the fact it's recorded in a small room, also some simple brush kit drums would sound lovely in the mix. Reminds me a bit of Mazzy Star, which is no bad thing at all.
It makes a nice change to hear some 'songs'and female music makers on Newgrounds, the incesscent Techno and male ego can get very tedious:)

I read some reviews for this trk stating that you are repeating yourself a bit, I wouldn't know cos I haven't listened to much of your stuff before. This trk sounds nice n fresh in my opinion, especially on this techno driven kiddy site. It's obviously heavily influenced by the prodigy/punk ethic style which is a good thing. I really enjoyed listening to it and was really impressed by the prodution and arrangement.
Quality tune.

Interesting stuff man. Nice to hear something different on this site. The horns sound lovely, i've always wanted to get some proper horns on one of my tunes in a funky Prince style. This has a nice chilled Ska vibe and the scratching is quality.
