I was hopin to hear a nice bassline come in to contrast the sound of the lead melody instrument. I like the minimalist feel to the tune, simple but effective. Maybe a few more pads or strings would fill the overall mix and make it feel a little warmer.

Definately Tense!
Absolutely perfect for anyone out there who is making a Flash movie with an edge of tension to it. This is atmospheric and all the sounds used work really well together. When I listened to this track I saw images of hoards of Orc's or some-shit like that, marching across a vast expanse of land.

Yea, hopefully someone might find it useable. I thin I´m gonna try making more shorter stuff like this, mood-songs/loops to see if artists actually wanna use em. It´s a good thing if u see things when u hear the music, as long as u didn´t see Orc-shit marching across the toilet floor. :D

Not often I get to hear banjo when listening to audio submissions, this was great! I love the sound a good ol banjo makes! Plus the classic bluegrass cheeky ending, nice stuff!
I still can't hear the banjo without thinking of the kid the film Deliverence though!!

Like the panning, and all the sounds sit nicely together, but I reckon the drums could do with fattening up a little. Maybe add a touch of cheeky distortion! There's a lot of nice little programming touches in this track, the bits of filtering and reverb work nicely.

Personally I use the audio Portal to put whole songs I have written for no particular reason out-there for people to critisize. This track sounds like it is written for the Flash artists on Newgrounds and would sound great as a tense piece of battle music in a game. If I had a Flash movie with a battle scene, this tune would run throughout it!

Definately one for the Miscellaneous category, don't u think they should have an Electronica category? This piece is short but sweet, my only problem is that I was waiting for some drums to kick in. Add some drums to this after the start and it should pick it up nicely I reckon! Good shit!

Well this was definately mellow, but I would call it more 'Tranquil, yet Disturbing'! Wasn't what i was expecting, reminds me of a haunting 'Aphex Twin' style track. If you want to make it even more weird why not throw in some backwards, high-pitched vocals, with loadsa reverb on them, should mess with peoples minds a bit!

A phat bassline would've been nice, and I like the angryness of the drums. It's short, but is too repetetive, i reckon u should get a few more vocal samples from the start, chop them up and throw them into the mix.
