I guess this has recieved low votes cos of the sound quality, but that really doesn't matter in my opinion. What u have created here is a kinda lo-fi electronic hip-hop tune, that has some nice original parts and sounds. It is a shame It's not clearer cos that would make all the parts stand out more and u would be able to hear everything you have put into it. Good job man.

I like the whistling riff, even though it is a touch too high in the mix. It's a nice and original track, it's just a shame it didn't develop more. Good stuff man.

......just because I am aware of the work u put into this and also because I think it's a really cool track. U have definately created a dark, moody atmosphere with a healthy dose of Fx and smooth pad textures/layers. This is fast becoming my favourite track of yours to date, mainly due to the fact that it's more experimental than previous tracks of yours. I have listened to the ones that made it into the top 5 and with the exception of DJRunaway they pretty much suck. Just goes to show, timing isn't everything when submitting to the Portal! All I can say is that I hope more people pick up on this track and give it the high vote it deserves. Great stuff man.

The top 5 list IS a joke many times, though DJRunaway REALLY deserves the 1:st place. He´s on a freaking killinspree last two weeks :D
I intend making more experimental tracks, it´s more fun, I like it more, and it´s more educative :D

....sounds perfect for and RPG game backing music. Something like FinalFantasy. It has a nice slow build and the mood you have created is nice and atmospheric. I only give this 8/10 cos it isn't my cup of tea musically speaking. But Flash users/creaters/artists will lap it up. Good stuff.

This is a very well arranged and produced track. Perfect use of sounds and instruments for this genre of music. It is exactly as u describe, relaxed yet dancy. I can picture a club full of people off there heads on various substances doin a jumping, head swaying, hands in the air, throwing shapes kinda dance! Really great trk, i'm downloading it to my I-tunes now.

It's good, but....
...I have heard a lot of similar things in the Portal. There's some nice ideas in there but I don't particularly like the style of the tune. Just not my bag i'm afraid. I prefer your more experimental tracks.(do more of them!!):)
it's alright, the song wasn't exactly primo stuff. but it was finished, so i submitted it. now this is the only place it exists, my stuff was deleted by the administrator dammit. dont expect any music too soon.

Is that actually u playing the guitar or are those samples from somewhere? If they are samples then i've been too generous, if it your stuff I haven't been generous enuff!! Still, what the hey, it's a nice sounding tune apart from the overly loud swoosh sound at the end.
Unfortunately that is not me playing the guitar... though I have plans to have a band make it into an actual recorded version soon. Oh and that swoosh sound... yeah I'm going to get rid of that...
Droid Heaven!
Nice use of sounds and textures to create a gentle and flowing tune. It conjours up the image of a droids passage to Droid Heaven, as it floats through showers of silicon chips and motherboards, until finally resting on a bed of brand new batteries! Nice job.
